By TR on January 21, 2013
As a fitness competitor and fitness enthusiast I am always searching for the ultimate leg workout to perfect the booty and make my legs sexy and strong. Six Months to Sexy Legs is the perfect book. It has 24 leg challenging workouts that are never the same and each and every week they get harder, but each and every week you see amazing results as your legs become firmer, stronger and sexier, but this book is not just written for the fitness enthusiast, this book is written for every woman that has ever wanted those sexy legs that they could strut around in that teeny tiny bikini or that hot little black dress. The author makes this book relatable to all women, rather you have never picked up a weight in your life, or you have been lifting for years. The author not only describes to you the exercises, but has illustrations that will help you reach that goal of a nice tight booty and sexy to die for legs. If you are serious about result and want to have smoking hot sexy legs, this is the book for you.

Love my Sexy Legs!

This girl knows what she is talking about when it comes to sexy legs! I highly recommed this book and the author absolutely knows what she is talking about when it comes to getting results. She is beautiful, sexy and funny and will get you into shape, as long as you follow her instructions. This program can be used for professional body builders, trainers as well as regular people trying to find a workout that will really work for them. I love it!!

"Nothing worth having ever comes easy" - Amy Chisholm

I've never been a fan of the idea of buying an exercise book, but I'm so glad I bought this one!
I love this book and everything about it! The pictures and everything I read motivated me to get off my ass and work hard to have my own sexy legs. I love that the title of the book starts you off with pure honesty of how long it's going to take to get results. No 30 day gimmicks here! Amy taught me to love exercise and be excited about it instead of dreading it or treating it like a chore that had to be done. I loved reading the chapter where she talked about her memories of the past such as her insecurities, uneducated fitness beliefs and other things because I could totally relate and it helped me let go of my own insecurities. Finally! Freedom from feeling like crap about myself! She gave great insight on all the different "shortcut" methods people try to do to eliminate cellulite (such as using creams or having liposuction) which taught me why I should never waste my money on those useless things ever again. I also loved the tips on what to eat, avoid and why for maximum fat loss. There's plenty more great things to read in this book, but the other reviewers already covered them.
I can't wait to do the exercises. I had my baby girl recently, so I can't escape to the gym just yet. But when I do, I'll brave the weights section and do the exercises in this book. Oh, and there's also exercises for when you're traveling! Brilliant! I'll update my review later with before and after photos. I'm already 100% positive the exercises work, but who doesn't love seeing before and afters?

A Great All Around Sexy Legs (And Butt!!!) Fitness Guide

Amazing book!
There's no gimmick or crazy promise which is evident from the title, and you don't have to go past the first paragraph in Chapter 1 to see this is not going to be a book filled with a lot of useless fluff. So, enough about what the book doesn't have that will throw you off track. Amy has a very personal approach to writing the chapters and sets the tone of what you need to succeed right from the start. That will get you believing in the approach and motivated to make them happen. Without that, it doesn't matter how good the exercises are, but there is no worry of that here.
I struggle with a few things the most when working out: repetition of the same exercises week to week, using proper technique, and having to go to a gym with special equipment. The program mixes up tons of different exercises, the pictures and description combinations are very clear, and most of the exercises are challenging enough they can be done at home. With a 1yr old when I bought the kindle edition, that was(is) essential.
I also had the personal trainer I used post shoulder surgery and my husband each give two thumbs up for the technical content, so I would highly recommend this book.
Thanks Amy,
Brooke

I loved how honest the writer is about all the things ...
By PR on August 10, 2015
After reading this book I literally was so inspired I jumped up out of bed and went downstairs, dragged my dusty weights out from under the couch and started WORKING OUT! I loved how honest the writer is about all the things that hold us back from reaching our goals. I really felt like she was acknowledging all the stories we tell ourselves about why we can't have what we want and hearing it acknowledged makes it possible to throw it all aside. She covers all the basics, even a beginning can get started with this book. I am not a beginner when it comes to working out yet I still found new ideas through her simple to follow workouts. The pictures are encouraging (yes, I want my butt to look like that) and and the workouts are straightforward and also very flexible. This is like a "Thin Thighs In 30 Days" (remember that book from the 80's?) but more realistic and geared towards results. I especially appreciated the chapter about finding a workout partner and how that can help you stay motivated towards your goals. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to feel strong and sexy1
